Help & FAQ
How do I find my player tag?
Open Clash Royale, tap your name at the top of the main screen to open your profile. Your tag is the code under your name, starting with # (e.g. #L8Q2YR). Watch out for look-alike characters — the tag never contains the letter O (only zero), and never I (only the digit 1).
Is Crownscribe affiliated with Supercell?
No. Crownscribe is unofficial fan content and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell. See Supercell's Fan Content Policy.
How often is my data updated?
Your stats refresh automatically while you use the app — typically every few minutes when you're active, and less often when you're away. Pull down on the Home screen to refresh immediately. Data comes from Supercell's official API, so it reflects what's visible in your in-game profile.
Why does the upcoming chests list never change?
That's how the game works — your chest queue only moves forward when you win a battle. If you haven't won recently, the queue stays the same. Win a match and pull to refresh to see it advance.
Why is some information missing (country flag, best deck)?
Supercell's public API doesn't expose every field — for example player country and historical "best deck" analysis aren't available. We only show data the API actually provides.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also unlink your player tag without deleting your account via Settings → Unlink tag.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
Go to Settings → Notifications. The master switch controls all push notifications; below it you can toggle individual types (trophy milestones, weekly recap, rival battles, clan events).
